Balmer Lawrie Investment announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 21 May 2025, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 4.3 per equity Share (i.e. 430%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.

Net profit of Balmer Lawrie Investment rose 1.77% to Rs 48.24 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 as against Rs 47.40 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2024. Sales rose 5.48% to Rs 611.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 as against Rs 579.28 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2024.

For the full year,net profit rose 11.07% to Rs 171.63 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 154.53 crore during the previous year ended March 2024. Sales rose 7.59% to Rs 2526.38 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 2348.19 crore during the previous year ended March 2024.
