DEE Development Engineers announced a strategic partnership with International Clean-Tech Partner, a globally recognized innovator in sustainable energy technologies. This collaboration marks DDEL's strategic entry into the green hydrogen sector, with a focus on deploying modular hydrogen production systems across India and Thailand.

Under a newly signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the two companies will co develop, bid for, and execute Green Hydrogen Production System Projects. The partnership will combine International Clean-Tech Partner's global leadership in hydrogen technologies?including Electrolysers, Separators, and Hydrogen Purification Systems? with DDEL's strength of manufacturing ultra-pure hydrogen purification systems with up to 99.9999 % purity, its project execution, marketing, and long-standing marquee customer base.

International Clean-Tech Partner brings a legacy of excellence in environmental and clean energy systems, with a global footprint spanning advanced hydrogen generation plants, flue gas cleaning systems, and ultra-low emission technologies. Its projects across multiple countries deliver high-efficiency, environmentally sustainable outcomes.

DDEL, meanwhile, has significantly strengthened its Green Energy Portfolio through the recent acquisition of a majority stake in M/s Molsieve Designs Limited, a company with over 22 years of experience in manufacturing Hydrogen Purification Systems with up to 99.9999 % purity. This acquisition adds substantial technical know-how and production capacity to DDEL's integrated clean energy capabilities.

Net profit of DEE Development Engineers rose 165.46% to Rs 31.51 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 as against Rs 11.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2024. Sales rose 17.75% to Rs 286.37 crore in the quarter ended March 2025 as against Rs 243.21 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2024.

For the full year,net profit rose 66.46% to Rs 43.63 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 26.21 crore during the previous year ended March 2024. Sales rose 4.89% to Rs 827.36 crore in the year ended March 2025 as against Rs 788.76 crore during the previous year ended March 2024.

Profit before tax (PBT) zoomed 156.61% YoY to Rs 42.29 crore in the quarter ended 31st March 2025.

Total expenses rose 6.09% to Rs 246.67 crore in Q4 FY25, compared with Rs 232.50 crore in Q4 FY24. Cost of material consumed stood at Rs 84.46 crore (down 21.04% YoY), employee benefit expenses was at Rs 48.06 crore (up 37.98% YoY), finance cost was at Rs 11.82 crore (down 2.15% YoY) during the period under review.

On full year basis, the company?s consolidated net profit increased 66.53% to Rs 43.63 crore on 4.9% rise in revenue from operations to Rs 827.36 crore in FY25 over FY24.
